I feel as though I'm on a roll lately! This is the third quilt I've finished this month. Granted, it is a lap quilt, as was one of the others, and it doesn't take too long to put one together, but I'm excited nonetheless. This one is a birthday present for my sister (and it's OK to say that here, because I'm pretty sure she doesn't read my blog).
I suppose you noticed that it's orange. Really orange. Overwhelmingly orange. I had no choice.
This is not simply a case of orange being my sister's favorite color. Oh, no no. Orange is the only color my sister likes. The only color. Isn't that the weirdest thing you've ever heard?
I thought so.
Ah, well. I love her anyway!

Your quilts are gorgeous. Still, the one thing I haven't tackled yet. Too hot here in the southwest to be making blankets. Maybe this fall.
I LOVE orange, by the way. I have a big orange wall in my house. BUT, I also love yellow, green and turquoise. :)
