This is how things are getting done these days. When Corey is not around to hold or play with Finn, I sew, check email, take walks and eat meals with him strapped to my chest. I'm adjusting pretty well, and the babe doesn't seem to mind all the crumbs in his hair, so I think we're all pretty pleased with the situation.
Finn and I have tackled several WIPs recently (and maybe started a few new ones), and I'm excited to share those soon. His room is also nearing a livable state. We're not in too much of a rush, though. Since we co-sleep, we won't be using it for much more than pottying, tummy time and the occasional nap until he becomes a bit more mobile (or can at least sit up). Because I have no shame, before and after pics are forthcoming.
